Soul Kitchen Show

 

SOUL KITCHEN SHOW was setup to enable a support mechanism for Soul, RNB, funk and New Jack Swing music lovers.  It also to provides an up to date as possible place for soul music enthousiasts of all ages and background to link up and find out what’s happening in the scene here or overseas.

Living in Australia is great, when one has travelled the world and you come back home to Australia, you really get to appreciate it’s value and most of all the pace of life of living down under. Many from here who have yet to travel easily criticize the music scene down here; some say it’s almost nonexistent.

In our 30+ years experience  within Australia, we have been actively involved in the music scene within the underground circles of the music scene.  Some of us have had the opportunity to see and tour with some hugely world stage talented musicians, so many from Australia well capable of making it here and elsewhere.

Support for these local artists is somehow lacking, due mostly I think to the lack of history with Soul, RNB or should I say “Black Music” in general.  This is however slowly changing, Soul and RNB like music are becoming more and more accepted.
